Do NOT send USDT via Tron (TRC-20), Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20), Polygon, or any other network.
We are not responsible for any funds sent via the wrong network or to the wrong address. Funds sent via unsupported networks are technically unrecoverable and will result in a total loss of your payment.

To ensure the security of the transaction and inventory availability, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: You must complete the Crypto Payment Request Form (below) prior to initiating any transfer.
• Step 2: Upon receiving your request, we will calculate the total product value plus shipping costs, and email you our receiving ERC-20 address.
• Step 3: Even if you already possess our ERC-20 address, please do not make any payment before receiving this confirmation email.

Important: If payment is made without prior contact, we do not have any mechanism to return the funds.

All prices are settled in United States Dollars (USD).

• Exchange Rate: For the purpose of settlement, 1 USDT (ERC-20) is valued at exactly $1.00 USD.
• Taxes & Duties: We do not charge any taxes. Duties, taxes and any other charges related to customs clearance are not included in the price.
• Total Due: You must send the exact amount equivalent to the Grand Total of your order (Cost of Goods + Shipping).
• Underpayment: If the net amount received in our wallet is less than the Order Total (even by 0.01 USDT), the order will remain on hold until the balance is cleared.
• Overpayment: Due to high network gas fees, we generally cannot refund small overpayments. Please ensure accuracy.

The Ethereum (ERC-20) network requires transaction fees ("Gas") to process payments.

• These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• You must ensure that the amount arriving in our wallet matches the order total after your exchange or wallet deducts the gas fee.
• Example: If your order is $100.00 and the gas fee is $5.00, you must ensure your withdrawal covers the fee so that exactly 100.00 USDT arrives in our wallet.

All sales paid via Cryptocurrency are FINAL.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for orders paid using USDT. Please ensure your order details are correct before payment.

We accept no liability for any loss of funds resulting from:

• Typos or errors in the wallet address provided by the user.
• Sending funds via the wrong network (e.g., TRC-20 instead of ERC-20).
• Hacks or security breaches of the user's personal wallet or exchange account.
• Delays in blockchain confirmation times.
