Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your figure must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. The original factory seal must be intact. Opened items cannot be returned.

3. Shipping Costs & Fees

• Buyer Remorse: For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns to cover inspection and administrative costs.

   

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If the item is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a full unboxing video. We will provide a replacement or a partial refund based on the situation.

5. Return Address
All returns must be authorized by our team and sent to our Hong Kong Warehouse.

*** In case of any discrepancies between the English, Chinese and Japanese versions of these Refund and Return Policy, the English version shall prevail.
